The latest one was in 8/2025. She is very knowledgeable, gave good information about the state of the market and helped us know what to improve at the properties and what to not worry about. She also did a great job of staging each of the properties. She was also a big help in the sale of both places when glitches cropped up during the inspection period and in one case with an issue the buyer had with financing.
